Quirky Cat Shoes by Charlotte Olympia

I have a bit of a head cold today so haven't done much other than ordering some grocery shopping (which contained much more cake than usual), napping with Elsa, and ogling shoes that I can't afford. I am very much in love with these adorable 'Kitty Flats' by Charlotte Olympia. Aren't they wonderful? And luckily so far out of my budget that I can't even dream.

The kitty flats remind me of the Marc Jacobs mouse flats that were popular a few years ago. I loved these as well, but again they were well out of my budget. It is still nice to admire things you can't afford though, isn't it. And wouldn't it be fun to have a pair of both the Marc Jacobs and Charlotte Olympia flats; then you could have a game of cat and mouse on your feet!

Those are adorable - definitely reminiscent of the Marc Jacobs ones in all the right ways!

Oooh, they ARE great, aren't they? Those red wedges are amazing, but there's no way I could walk in them. Taxi shoes. But delightful!

They are incredibly cute. Could you maybe customise some flat shoes to get something similar?

Crazy-Cat-Lady-territory alert!

Those are very cute, but I think I like the Marc Jacobs mousies even more. I would definitely be silly enough to wear one of each.

Wendy B's comment cracked me up.
Like the red wedges but not enough to pay more than a return air fare to India. x

I agree with Polly's suggestion of customising a normal, boring pair of satin pumps. Is it just me who has more boring pumps than they know what to do with?

But seriously. I am considering a trip to hobbycraft RIGHT NOW.
